This welcoming group of women gather in Fellowship Hall on Friday mornings. They are using Who is Jesus, the 2016 Presbyterian Women/Horizons Bible Study, written by Rev. Judy Yates Siker. Rev. Siker teaches New Testament at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Childcare is provided. Contact Judy Webb for more information.

All men of the church are encouraged to gather in Fellowship Hall on Tuesday afternoons for an ongoing Bible Study. In January the group begins a new study of the Torah. Newcomers are always welcome.

Hannah Circle meets regularly on the first Monday of the month at 2:00pm in members’ homes. This friendly group of women will be discussing Healing the Heart of Democracy by Parker Palmer. The group meets every Thursday at 7:00pm for meditation. At 8:00pm the group views excerpts from the video series: “The Spiritual Journey” by Contemplative Outreach featuring the teaching of Father Thomas Keating on centering prayer. Retreat Day: Saturday, March 25th • 9:00-3:00
Our March retreat day will focus on Zen meditation. The rhythm of our day will include an hour and a half silent meditation in the morning, an hour talk and discussion time, a lunch break, and conclude with another hour and a half time of silent meditation. Come join us as we learn from Zen practice how to deepen our silence and bring more love and peace into the world. Please bring a sack lunch. Coffee, tea and refreshments will be provided. A freewill offering will be taken.
